Wind down Sunday Bathing in the healing vibrations of various instruments. Crystal Bowls, Gong, Native Flutes, Chimes, and more!
The evening will start with a grounding meditation led by Austin to get the group in an optimal state of relaxation to receive the healing frequencies. From there will follow a 60 minute journey of sound facilitated by Karli & Austin. After the bath is finished, Karli will gently guide the groups awareness back to their bodies as we wrap up and integrate.
Mats are provided, please feel free to bring blankets or anything you wish to cozy up this space!
